Seafood Salad a la Ligurienne

Recipe Description:
  1. Put the already prepared seafood for a few minutes into the court-bouillon with a lot of salted water, carrots, celery, onions and laurel.
Drain and season with the sauce, hacked parsley and marjoram. Serve and enjoy!

  • 8 fresh crayfish
  • 3.5 oz. mussels (prepared)
  • 3.5 oz. quahog (Venus clam)
  • 3.5 oz. octopus
  • 3.5 oz. fresh calamari
  • 0.18 oz. fresh marjoram
  • 0.18 oz. fresh parsley
Court Bouillon:
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 branch celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 laurel leafs
For the sauce:
  • 0.55 lbs. olive oil
  • 0.7 oz. water
  • 1 pressed lemon
  • Salt
     Cooking recipe preparation instructions:
