Soft Cake with Walnuts
|
Recipe Description:
- Mix the egg yolk with sugar and molten butter.
- Add flour and hacked walnuts.
- Beat the egg whites to snow and incorporate them to the preparation above. Stir.
- Put the mixture into a buttered and floured sponge cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 338 degrees F for 40 minutes. Let it cool down.
- Boil the cream. Add chocolate. Let it simmer.
Thus, you obtain a perfect ganache. Enjoy! |

- 0.33 lbs. hacked walnuts
- 15 egg whites
- 1.76 oz. black chocolate
- 0.7 oz. liquid cream
