Soft Cake with Walnuts

Recipe Description:
  1. Mix the egg yolk with sugar and molten butter.
  2. Add flour and hacked walnuts.
  3. Beat the egg whites to snow and incorporate them to the preparation above. Stir.
  4. Put the mixture into a buttered and floured sponge cake mold.
  5. Cook in the oven at 338 degrees F for 40 minutes. Let it cool down.
  6. Boil the cream. Add chocolate. Let it simmer.
Thus, you obtain a perfect ganache. Enjoy!

  • 0.7 oz. liquid cream
