Vegetable Anchoiade with Herbs and Salads

Recipe Description:
  1. Peel the vegetables and cut them into very fine, small straps.
  2. Cook the vegetables for 2 minutes in boiling water.
  3. Make a bouquet with the herbs and salads. Put it on a serving dish with the previously cooked vegetables.
  4. Season with the anchoiade.
