Chocolate beignets

Recipe Description:
  1. The “beignet” is comparable to what is known has donut.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and flour in a bowl.
  3. Add the egg yolk and the entire egg. Mix the whole in order to obtain a smooth beignet dough.
  4. First, soak the truffles in the beignet dough, then put them rapidly in hot frying oil, so that the chocolate does not melt and the beignets directly obtain a golden colour directly.
