Chocolate Cookies with Molten Chocolate and Vanilla Ice-cream - Chef Philippe Chevrier

Recipe Description:
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter.
  2. Mix the sugar, eggs and flour. Add the molten chocolate
  3. Take some moulds (round, 2.4 in height, 2.4 in diameter), butter them and fill to ¾ with the mixture.
  4. Bake for 7 minutes at 158 degrees F.
  5. When coming out of the oven, lightly sprinkle the cookies with cocoa and some powdered sugar.
  6. Decorate a serving dish with molten chocolate.
  7. Place the cookies on the dish, accompanied with a nice scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Bon appetit!

  • 3 eggs
  • 1.4 oz. flour
     Cooking recipe preparation instructions:
